Who we are
Call Us Marketing ("we", "us") is an insurance customer acquisition partner based in Austin, Texas. This website is written for businesses that buy inbound insurance calls: agencies, FMOs and IMOs, call centers and carriers. We are not an insurance agency or carrier, and this site does not sell insurance to consumers.
Information you give us
When you submit the Request Volume form, we collect the business details you enter:
- Company name, your name, work email and phone number.
- Program details such as buyer type, verticals, target states, expected volume, commercial model and any message you add.
We also receive whatever you send us directly by email, phone or a booked call. The form is for business buyers and is not meant for consumers' personal or health information, so please do not submit it.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. We use your IP address to limit form spam.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
- Fonts and embeds. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the booking page embeds a scheduling calendar. Those providers receive your IP address when your browser loads their content.
How we use information
- To review your request, contact you and scope a program.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell the information you submit through this site, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our web host, email provider, analytics and scheduling tools, and with authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and business correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and manage a business relationship, and then as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing management@callusmarketing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will respond to those requests as the law requires.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted information is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
