A new guide every week on inbound-call buying: pilot design, caps, dayparts, billable-call rules and cost per acquisition.
Read the buyer guides →The secure vendor pack described in the trust center is available on request through the volume request form.
Anything missing belongs in your volume request. We answer directly.
Consumers respond to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns and initiate an inbound call. Intent starts with the consumer reaching out, not with cold outreach from a list.
Our model is inbound: the consumer calls in response to a campaign and is qualified before being connected to your team, while they’re still on the line.
A call becomes billable when it meets the qualification criteria and duration buffer defined with you before launch. The definition is documented per program, so invoicing never depends on interpretation.
Programs are structured around exclusive delivery to your endpoint unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Source and exclusivity terms are part of the program agreement.
We deliver across all 50 US states. State-level targeting is controlled per campaign, so you receive calls only from the states you select.
Yes. State and ZIP filters, daypart and timezone windows, and daily, hourly or campaign caps are configured before launch and can be adjusted as your capacity changes.
Routing respects your hours and caps. When your endpoint is unavailable, delivery pauses or fails over according to the routing rules agreed during onboarding, and you don’t pay for calls outside your windows.
We support API, webhook and CRM delivery, and can discuss call-routing platform integrations during onboarding. Tell us your stack in the request form and we’ll confirm fit before launch.
Calls can be recorded for quality assurance and dispute review, with retention handled per the program agreement and our data-retention practices. Specifics are covered in the buyer due-diligence pack.
Volume, connect rate, duration, geography and disposition reporting, plus real-time delivery visibility. Buyers can return disposition and outcome data, which we use to keep qualification aligned with what actually closes for you.
Duplicate and repeat-consumer rules are defined per program, including suppression windows where agreed. The rules are documented so returns and credits are straightforward.
We maintain documented DNC and suppression processes. Because our model is inbound (the consumer initiates the call), exposure is structurally lower, and suppression requests are still processed and honored.
Timeline depends on vertical and requirements. A program launches once qualification criteria, states, caps, routing and compliance review are agreed. The request-volume form is the fastest way to start.
Yes. Caps can be lowered, delivery paused and volume re-scaled on short notice, including around seasonality and enrollment windows.
Share your verticals, states, operating hours, daily capacity and commercial model. Our business development team reviews fit and comes back with a straight answer on volume, pricing structure and launch timeline.
